ICON is a network of oncologists dedicated to providing access to the best possible cancer care given the financial limitations within the South African context.  Treatment is delivered in the private sector at discounted rates to medical aid members with low benefit options, without any co-payments.

The success of the network is the fact that there is strict adherence to treatment protocols and the fact that services are charged at global rates for patients receiving radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy.
