OMS was officially established in 1999 as the administration and management company of the GVI Oncology Group - a specialized medical group, with more than 20 oncologists and 9 branches, operating throughout South Africa. Currently the company is focusing on the bookkeeping, administration and management of nationwide medical practices and is targeting other entities to provide the complete range of accounting functions, from bookkeeping, reporting and liaising with auditors during the audit process.
